Per HVAC industry standards, a yearly clean and service of all equipment is advised to maintain equipment condition and keep the system operating safely and efficiently. Please call or email to schedule a service appointment that is convenient for you.

Depending on what you have for A/C equipment, the technician will complete the following during your annual service:

• Inspect ductless system

• Remove and wash air filters (OR Replaced air filter)

• Check evaporator coils

• Check blower wheels

• Flush drain lines

• Check outdoor condenser coils

• Check electrical connections

• Check refrigerant level

• Cycle and test system

CoilJet Cleaning

CoilJet is an HVAC coil cleaning system ideal for cleaning evaporator coils.  There is consistent moisture in the evaporator unit that can cause mold. Dirt, dust and other gunk can also collect on your evaporator coil. Dirt can cause your coil to freeze, so the technician will check for ice on the coil as well.
