Air Purification 

    Air purification is becoming more and more of a priority for homeowners. Newer houses are built tighter, and while this is beneficial for keeping weather outside, it also prevents a house from “breathing” resulting in inferior air quality with higher levels of air pollutants.

 

While we can see the dust collecting on our furniture, it’s what we can’t see that is more concerning:  dust mites, pollen, dander and mold are certainly hazardous to your health.

ERVs

These systems are also being installed more frequently in homes.  Energy recovery ventilators (ERV) treat the incoming outdoor air.  During the warmer seasons, an ERV system pre-cools and dehumidifies and during cooler seasons, the system humidifies and pre-heats.
