Air Purification
Air purification is becoming more and more of a priority for homeowners. Newer houses are built tighter, and while this is beneficial for keeping weather outside, it also prevents a house from “breathing” resulting in inferior air quality with higher levels of air pollutants.
While we can see the dust collecting on our furniture, it’s what we can’t see that is more concerning: dust mites, pollen, dander and mold are certainly hazardous to your health.
Installing air purifiers has been proven to kill mold, bacteria and viruses, while reducing allergens and airborne particles and we offer several equipment options.
ERVs
These systems are also being installed more frequently in homes. Energy recovery ventilators (ERV) treat the incoming outdoor air. During the warmer seasons, an ERV system pre-cools and dehumidifies and during cooler seasons, the system humidifies and pre-heats. The benefits of installing an ERV include improved indoor air quality, reduced energy consumption and added protection to your home and the environment.
