Depending on what you have for heating equipment, the technician will complete the following during your annual service:

• Change filter, strainer and nozzle  

• Clean nozzle assembly, retention head and burner fan                      

• Test pump pressure

• Brush boiler and flue passages

• Set burner to specifications

• Test LWCO and check safeties

• Check steam system operation

• Test oil pump pressure

• Clean flame sensor and ignitor

• Check and clean condensate trap and pump

• Check blower and motor

• Check air filter

• Remove and clean burners

• Clean pilot assembly

• Check manifold pressure

• Cycle and check hydronics

• Check electrical connections

• Cycle and test system

• Perform efficiency test
