a/c maintenance

Per HVAC industry standards, a yearly clean and service of all equipment is advised to maintain equipment condition and keep the system operating safely and efficiently. Please call or email to schedule a service appointment that is convenient for you.

Depending on what you have for A/C equipment, the technician will complete the following during your annual service:

​

  • Inspect condenser and evaporator

  • Clean evaporator coil

  • Flush drain lines

  • Check blower and motor

  • Clean and cycle condensate pump

  • Check float switch

  • Check air filters

  • Remove and wash air filters (OR Replaced air filter)

  • Clean condenser coil

  • Check electrical connections

  • Check refrigerant level; add refrigerant to proper sub-cooling

  • Cycle and test system
